Kayatem/CarmelOreo

Mutliple accounts of disregard for rules, including fly hacking.

I banned Kayatem, which was an alternate of CarmelOreo, for the hacks, but didn't ban CarmelOreo-- that account did break multiple rules (killing in /d, racism, caps, and disrespect) but that account itself didn't hack.

If I should ban CarmelOreo, I will do so! Thanks!
